Problem solving

If prompted to open Windows Firewall during the install, please choose to allow access. If the firewall blocks the plugin, you will see errors such as "There is no Citrix XenApp server configured on the specified address" or "Protocol Driver error".

If you have problems during installation, download and install the plugin manually using the "Download client software manually" link.

If the "Download client software manually" link is missing, please contact Precedence Support so that we may update your page

If you see a warning like the following, please exit the browser and start again. You may also install the client software manually.
