After a while, the installation will start. During the pause the plugin is downloaded. The time length of time will depend on where you are connecting from (i.e. it will be slower if you are working externally) . Windows 7 and newer operating systems include User Account Control (UAC) which, if enabled, will ask you to approve any system-wide changes. Click on Yes if prompted:
