Step 1

Run Thunderbird. If you have not run it before, you will prompted immediately to create a new email address. However, you already have an email account on our servers, so click Skip this and use my existing email.

You can create a new account at any time, by click on the name of any existing email account (e.g. Local Folders which is always present) and then clicking Email underneath Create a new account:
