Ensure IMAP is selected and that your details are correct.

Scroll down and enter imap.ptlnet.com in the Host Name box in the INCOMING MAIL SERVER section. Check the username and password are set correctly. Enter smtp.ptlnet.com in the Host Name box in the OUTGOING MAIL SERVER section.

The username and password are listed as Optional in the OUTGOING MAIL SERVER section, but you must provide those details in order to be able to send email. Enter your username and password in the relevant boxes. Click Next when finished.
